New Year's Eve Ceremonies
New Year's Eve Ceremonies
December 31, 2022 8:00 pm - January 1, 2023 12:30 am
If you’d like to start the new year fueled by zazen rather than by intoxicants or TV, come join with others in the Sangha for our annual celebration. We’ll welcome in the New Year on Friday evening with sitting and ceremonies, starting at 8 pm and winding up a little past midnight. For the many members who join in, it’s an inspiring way to start the year out right.

DepreshZen
January 14, 2023 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
DepreshZen is a support and advocacy group for Sangha members with depression and anxiety disorders. DepreshZen is a safe space to talk openly and educate ourselves and others about living with these conditions from the perspective of a Zen practitioner. As the group’s playful name suggests, we hope to work toward reducing the social stigma associated with mental illness. If you’re interested in participating or have any questions, please contact Iriz Robles (irizelma@rzc.org).
