Ingredients
- 1 cup of sesame seeds
- 1 ½ TBS salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix sesame seeds with salt. Toast mixture on a baking sheet until seeds are golden. Alternatively, toast in a heavy, dry skillet.
- Cool completely.
- Grind a little at a time with a mortar and pestle, coffee grinder, or food processor until a coarse, sandy texture.
- Do not refrigerate.
