- 1 quart, rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dry coconut, sweetened or unsweetened
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped dates or apricots
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1 Tbs poppy seeds (optional)
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
- To prepare, place dry muesli into a crock or bowl, and pour in dairy or non-dairy milk or orange juice until it reaches an inch above the dry ingredients. Allow to soak overnight.
- Serve the next morning.
