Ingredients

  • 1 quart, rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dry coconut, sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates or apricots
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 Tbs poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
  2. To prepare, place dry muesli into a crock or bowl, and pour in dairy or non-dairy milk or orange juice until it reaches an inch above the dry ingredients. Allow to soak overnight.
  3. Serve the next morning.

1 cup muesli (dry) serves 2.
