Although the Center is closed for the time being, resident staff are continuing a modified schedule. All sittings are streamed, and anyone is welcome to sit along with us.

Formal Morning Sittings
Tuesday through Friday 6:00 – 7:15 am
Saturday 6:15 – 7:30 am
Sunday 8:30 – 10:30 am

Formal morning zazen consists of two 35-minute rounds of zazen with kinhin between.

On Saturday, sitting starts 15 minutes later than on weekdays.

On Sunday, there is a 50-minute sitting with a bell at the half-way point for change of posture, followed by kinhin and a talk (teisho or Dharma talk). Refer to the calendar for dates of Sunday sittings, which are always marked.
