Easy Baked Eggs

Preheat oven to 400 F. Oil or butter muffin tins. Carefully crack an egg into each cup of the muffin tin. Cook eggs in preheated oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until set. Muffin pans need to be checked and rotated for even cooking.
