Finding Your Seat, Saturday, October 27
It can be a challenge to keep the practice going every day. This is one of the many reasons we have Finding Your Seat, which is offered on most Saturdays. It starts at 11:00 a.m. with a question-and-answer period, 20 minutes of zazen, and another Q&A. At noon, participants are welcome to join Center residents in another half hour of informal zazen.

There will be a brief Seeing Through Racism meeting immediately after the sitting and teisho, primarily to discuss the recent pair of workshops titled “Sacred Conversations on Race,” and to set up another general meeting.
