Calendar Updates and Changes
There are two Sunday all-day sittings that have been added to the winter calendar: February 23 and March 8.
The Sangha Meeting that was scheduled for Sunday, February 16, will be pushed forward a week to February 23.
Finding Your Seat
For the rest of February, there’s Finding Your Seat (FYS) on almost every Saturday: February 8, 15, and 22 (not the 29th, due to sesshin). This is a great opportunity to talk to senior students in an informal setting and ask questions about practice. FYS takes place from 11:00 am to noon. More information is available here.
