Sangha Meeting Today, Saturday, April 10

A reminder that we have a Sangha meeting, over Zoom, at 1:30 today. The one agenda item: re-opening the Center.

Roshi Away

The sudden death of one of Roshi’s in-laws will take his wife Angela and him out of state for 3 days. They’ll leave tomorrow (Sunday) and return Tuesday night, so there will be no dokusan during that period.

Unlearning Anti-Trans Bias Panel: Follow-up Links

If you attended the panel discussion on Saturday, March 27, panelists Zariah Williamson (she/her) and Lore McSpadden-Walker (they/them) have generously volunteered to answer any overflow questions we didn’t get to during the Q&A. Just click this link to open the document and begin asking your questions: Unlearning Anti-Trans Bias Q & A.

Also, we would love to get attendees’ feedback on this event to assist with improving future programming. The survey is very brief and should only require a few minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your input.

Sangha Hike Tomorrow

On Sunday, April 11, at 1:30 pm, join us, at Indian Hill, in Fairport. There will be mild hills, through a nice mix of woods and open fields. You can find us at 7025 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Fairport, NY. Located in Fairport, Indian Hill is directly off Route 31, just past its intersection with Turk Hill Road. The parking lot is not huge, so carpool if you have a vaccinated buddy. Dogs welcome! Contact Brendon Caroselli, brendoncaroselli@gmail.com or 585-880-5975, for any questions. If necessary on account of rain, the hike will be re-scheduled.

New Bedframe for Sale

Staff member Anna Lindsell (analindsell@gmail.com) is selling a queen-size wooden bed frame. It’s brand new and still in the box: $300. If interested, send her an email and she’ll show you a screenshot of the bed frame.
