Chapin Mill Photos  Construction Photos Throughout last summer and fall we could show the construction progress through photos, but now that the exterior of the building is practically finished, photos can't reveal the much less visible headway that is being made inside. While photos of major devlopments will continue to be posted here, progress on the retreat center will best be experienced via a new section called Dispatches from Chapin Mill.
