     October 12-13: Cranes, Shingles, and Septic Tanks

On a spectacular October day... ...we hired a backhoe to dig some holes... ...and a crane to install the septic tanks! The tanks are installed in two sections, which must then be sealed together.

 
Er...emptiness? No, it's the top half of the septic tank! The two halves of one of the tanks, sealed together by intrepid sangha workers! Meanwhile, Richard was stapling Tyvek to the exterior of the new building. Trustee Jean Schneller, wearing her other hat.
