A glorious, snow-dusted day at Chapin Mill! Just when you thought it was safe to throw out your stain-covered clothes... ...windows and trim needed to be stained. The dining room ceiling was insulated, in preparation for hanging the dry wall.

 
Sections of drywall have been put up in the kitchen, and the range hood awaits installation. The mechanicals have been installed. This is the air handler, a part of the heating system...and just in time, too! The circuit breakers. The boiler.

 
  The cement truck arrives to pour the front steps. The front steps are finally in!
